U-Haul in Joliet, IL is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch and return rentals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
