Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection and related services. You will work closely with a team to provide exceptional support and ensure customers have a smooth journey with our equipment.

The role includes training through U-Haul University and opportunities to advance. Candidates should be ready to work in a busy environment at our locations and be prepared for hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and ensure safe operation.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
