Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Titusville, FL to assist customers with rentals, inspect equipment, and use U-Scan technology to dispatch and return gear. On-the-job education is available, with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and receive returned equipment.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
