U-Haul in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our brand, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and service queries. You will work as part of a supportive team to ensure visitors receive top-notch assistance on their journeys.

Responsibilities include using U-Scan tech to manage rentals, moving trucks and trailers, and educating customers about available products. Training is provided on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
