Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our friendly team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers at the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
