Major Goals And Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally as responsive, reliable, and customer-oriented by providing proficient, cost-effective, and timely service of office equipment. This includes managing calls/units per day, utilization, and addressing customer needs during installation and routine service calls.
Requirements
Essential Activities and Responsibilities:
- Schedule service calls promptly, adhering to contractual commitments.
- Assist in break-fix situations and perform networking installations as needed to meet customer commitments.
- Develop territory and inventory management skills for cost-effective service.
- Follow proper call-closing procedures.
- Maintain proper territory management and accurate inventory, tools, and supplies.
- Build effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Provide sales support by advising sales on account issues and service leads.
Developmental (15%)
- Self-schedule training courses to stay knowledgeable about company products, including vendor CBT courses and classroom training.
- Show measurable progress in technical skills, troubleshooting, and productivity.
Administrative (10%)
- Complete customer care tickets, mileage reports, inventory sheets, installation forms, and online requests accurately and timely.
- Maintain an organized electronic library of service manuals and related literature.

Prerequisites
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical school graduate or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of technical/repair experience with business equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- No certifications required initially; certifications will be pursued after employment.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, or stoop for extended periods.
- Full-time work availability.

Compensation
- Base salary plus performance-based bonus; overtime may be required.
