Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service support role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, supply chain, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, credits, billing, complaints, and UPC requests.
• Consult with customers on products and services, resolve inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive to customer sites and plan efficient routes to deliver hands-on support and solutions.
• Manage inventory and stock items using manual or digital tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and represent Industrial Finishes professionally.
