Aire Serv of Madison is hiring a Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher in McFarland. You will be the first contact for customers and the go-to for scheduling and dispatching with our technicians, operating in a busy, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and problem-solving while offering a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no nights or weekends, with comprehensive benefits and year-round HVAC work.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with a friendly, professional attitude and help customers determine what they need.
• Book service, maintenance, estimates, and other appointments while helping build efficient technician schedules.
• Communicate with field team and adjust schedules as things change.
• Make outbound calls, follow up with customers, and ensure important items aren’t missed.
• Maintain accurate customer information, work orders, maintenance agreements, warranties, and scheduling details.
• Collaborate with technicians, management and office staff to keep operations moving.
