Job summary

Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a dependable Customer Service & Dispatch Support Representative (CSR/DSR) to join our team. The role combines customer service with dispatch support, including outbound calls, scheduling, and updating customers on technician arrivals.

You will answer inbound calls, book service appointments, coordinate with the dispatch team, maintain accurate records, and help deliver an exceptional Parks experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of call-center or dispatch-related experience preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-service industries is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Dispatch Pro, or similar CRM/dispatch systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; empathetic customer service.
• Strong organization, time-management, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to keep customers informed of technician arrival times.
• Provide timely updates on delays, schedule changes, and revised arrival windows.
• Monitor daily service schedule and identify customers needing updates.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and field technicians to obtain arrival information.
• Document conversations and changes accurately in the CRM.
• Support customer communication during high-call-volume periods.
• Convert inbound calls into booked service appointments and upsell maintenance plans.
• Maintain accurate customer records and participate in training sessions.
