Job summary

NETWORK is seeking a Manager, NetSource Customer Service & Development to lead the NetSource order processing and develop scalable processes that support growth across member companies.

You will supervise customer support and business analytics staff, drive departmental efficiencies, collaborate with internal teams, and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven improvements. Hybrid, Chicago-area preferred.

Qualifications

• Work History: 5-10 years in fast-paced customer support or customer-facing environments.
• Education: 4-year college degree in Business or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce) a plus.
• SAP knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the processing of orders from Network member companies.
• Provide training for NetSource staff to drive departmental efficiencies.
• Supervise and participate in generating customer invoices upon confirmed shipments.
• Resolve discrepancies with forwarding warehouses and investigate member complaints.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to drive efficiencies for associates and Members.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and engagement.
