Responsibilities

• Engage customers to provide the best possible shopping experience and checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily work tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed service and sales goals.
• Support training new team members and cross-training high-potential talent.
• Assist with department scheduling to focus on engagement and sales.
• Ensure product freshness and enforce proper rotation and dating policies.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and product displays where applicable.
• Promote an inclusive environment and Meijer culture.
