Qualifications

• Experience with customs brokerage processes and regulations.
• Accurate data entry into operating systems.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operating system.
• Track and report on Customs files and client billing.
• Understand and interpret Desk Level Operating Procedures for imports/exports.
• Transfer declaration information into the customs entry system to build valid declarations.
• Assist with verification of declaration information and submission to authorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
