• Familiarity with ocean, road and air documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Track and trace custom files and reporting.
• Support client billing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Understand and apply Desk Level Operating Procedures for imports/exports.
• Transfer customs declaration information from documents into the entry system.
• Verify declaration information and submit to customs authorities.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
