Job summary

Von Maur in Iowa City is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate to connect the store with customers by providing information and friendly, reliable support in a fast-paced department.

You will greet customers, answer a multi-line phone, assist with charge accounts, prepare purchases for shipment, handle cash work, and keep the counter neat. Shifts include day, evening, and weekend on-site.
