Job summary

Von Maur is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate in Des Moines, IA. You will greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter to support store operations.

Responsibilities include handling a multi-line phone, opening and managing charge accounts, processing payments, boxing purchases, and ensuring the counter stays neat and organized. On-site day, evening, and weekend shifts are required.
