Job summary

Rally House in Lenexa, KS is offering a Customer Service & Corporate Sales Intern role to support bulk order processing and client engagement. You will respond to inquiries, prepare invoices, and collaborate with the Corporate Sales Specialist, Buying team, and Customer Service to drive bulk orders from inquiry to delivery.

The internship provides exposure to the full sales cycle and requires current enrollment in a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work part-time in a Rally House store prior to starting the internship.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and/or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Available to work standard hours Mon–Fri at a corporate office located in Lenexa, KS.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and inquiries about bulk orders.
• Create customer invoices and collect payments for orders.
• Contact previous bulk order customers to identify repeat-order opportunities and generate additional sales.
• Identify and generate new bulk sales leads through prospect research, outreach, and follow-up with potential business customers.
• Assist with customer service processes, such as creating a new order, editing orders, correcting shipping information, and processing cancellations in respect to bulk order transactions.
