Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Chicago to support order entry, inquiries, and master data maintenance. You’ll work closely with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure accurate orders and timely responses.

The role requires 0–2 years in customer service or logistics, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. Salary range is USD 50,000–60,000 with a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service, administrative, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or CPG environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders, changes, cancellations, and returns in SAP and other systems.
• Monitor customer service communications and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Verify order information for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Assist customers with routine inquiries about order status, tracking, delivery, and product availability.
• Generate and distribute standard customer reports, order confirmations, and shipment documentation.
• Maintain customer records and master data per procedures.
• Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, and Sales to support customer requests.
