Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Shop Parts Coordinator in Irving, TX to order and stage parts for the Service Department, inspect items, and manage returns. The role includes inventory control and maintaining warehouse cleanliness while supporting field technicians and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of experience required.
• Has successfully met requirements for Parts Warehouse Associates 1 & 2.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of the company Values Based Leadership tools and processes.
• Ensures parts are available and ordered for the service department.
• Maintains parts inventory and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Processes credits as needed.
• Assists the parts counter and will call customers.
• Delivers parts to job sites and customer locations.
• Performs daily bin and cycle counts and processes stock orders.
• Works overtime as required and participates in after-hour call rotations.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
