Rise Technical in Scranton, PA is seeking a full-time role focused on customer order processing and ERP data management. On-site with training, progression routes, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan plus PTO.

You will work with Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to coordinate orders, update ERP records, and create Excel reports in a stable, growing manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Strong computer skills with Excel/spreadsheets.
• Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment; eager to learn.
• ERP/SAP exposure helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer order processing and delivery scheduling.
• Liaise with multiple departments including Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate ERP documentation for orders and shipments.
• Create and update reports using MS Excel.
• Monday-Friday, days role.
