Description

The Customer Service Coordinator will support inside and outside sales representatives.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Responsible for increasing customer retention through process knowledge and program management implementation.
  • Manage revenue backlog based on assignment.
  • Use in-house reporting systems to generate data, analyze results, and present data to customers or internal teams.
  • Create tutorials and facilitate customer meetings via webinars.
  • Collaborate daily with internal/external cross-functional teams to meet initiatives and customer needs on schedule.
  • Proactively consult with sales teams to ensure program commitments align with company capabilities.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of direct sales order entry systems, value-added services, and operational processes.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Facilitate and lead projects effectively.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Analytical problem-solving approach.
  • Strong resolution orientation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.
