Qualifications

• Must be available to work every Saturday.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally in person and on the phone.
• Create and set appointments for service.
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support (mailing, scanning, faxing, copying).
• Maintain office supplies for the location.
