Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for its Tank Wash facility in Hutchins, TX. You will handle wash tickets, PO processing for the depot, and support the Tank Wash Department in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proficiency with Google Suite, and strong written and verbal communication. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and timely ticketing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Word, Excel) is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Handle Wash Tickets for the Tank Wash Department.
• Inform the Tank Department of any special needs that may arise.
• Process Purchase Orders for the depot.
• Work closely with the entire team to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
• Perform other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

Our Tank Wash facility in Hutchins, TX is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator that will assist the Tank Wash Department by handling wash tickets, Purchase orders for the depot and other duties as assigned. This position will be housed with the Tank Wash Department.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handling Wash Tickets for the Tank Wash Department.
• Informing the Tank Department of any special needs that may arise.
• Handle PO's for the depot.
• Work closely with the entire team
• Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
