Job summary

Terminix Service, Inc. in Flat Rock, NC is seeking an energetic Customer Service & Collections Associate to handle a high volume of calls, resolve billing issues, collect payments, and drive sales. You’ll work a day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or weekends.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour plus commission. Terminix Service, Inc. offers a full benefits package and paid training from day one, including travel and meals at no cost to you.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales, collections, and/or customer service.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities
