R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Full Time Customer Service Representative in our Georgetown, KY Service Center office.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers, assisting customers and other R+L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement, using customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolving their issues, and promoting company goals and objectives.
