Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our facilities support team in California. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and ensure safe, clean spaces while delivering friendly service to customers and staff.

Candidates with 3–6 months of experience or training and a valid driver's license may be preferred; forklift certification could be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate daily schedule.
• Follow the daily schedule requirements.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules and procedures.
• Work as part of a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Follow company protocols and policies.
• Take direction from supervision.
• Communicate professionally with staff and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
