Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for prior Support Specialist experience.
• Familiarity with FileHandler system after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Team with incoming mail, indexing mail, scanning mail and process outgoing mail.
• Assist Service Team with reception coverage, processing faxes and unassigned emails.
• Assist with document, hard file storage and destruction.
• Assist with inputting new claims (TDI, Property, AUT0, GL, Marine, JADA) and emailing clients.
• Assist with reopening and reassigning current claims.
• Assist with updating policies and codes in File Handler system.
• Establish cordial and professional rapport with all clients/contacts.
• Adapt to client’s external claims system as necessary.
