Job summary

DMV is seeking an experienced Work Leader at the East Henrico Customer Service Center to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure accurate transactions for registrations, licenses, and other DMV services. The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of motor vehicle laws, and the ability to interpret complex regulations while maintaining high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CSC subject matter expert on transactions; license/test issues.
• Plan and organize on-the-job training programs.
• Ensure compliance with Motor Vehicle Code and DMV policies.
• Support CSC Managers and perform administrative tasks as needed.
