Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate). You are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor’s customers. Our Cashiers handle greeting, checkout, returns, and basic cash office tasks to provide an exceptional experience. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

The position requires being 18 or older, basic math skills, and customer service experience; travel to other stores for support may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, discuss projects, and recommend products.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Operate the POS system.
• Answer the telephone according to the company guidelines.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
