Job summary

Hassan & Sons Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Oregon location to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will cashier, assist customers, maintain store presentation, and ensure food and beverage quality in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service, working under store managers to uphold safety and cleanliness while handling cash and performing POS transactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Greet customers warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Deliver efficient, accurate checkout service with a positive attitude.
• Follow the Four Steps of Customer Service and strive for high customer satisfaction and Mystery Shop performance.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
• Represent the company with professional appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Operate the POS system for all cash, credit, and debit transactions with correct change and receipts.
• Maintain store presentation, pricing accuracy, and stock shelves and displays.
