Job summary

You will handle cashiering, store presentation, and food/beverage quality while creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers. The CSR will greet customers, process transactions, promote promotions, and assist with merchandising and food stations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism at checkout.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at the register.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to customers.
• Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Verify identification for age-restricted items and credit transactions.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; maintain signage and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
