Basic Function

Operate cash register, assist with front-line food preparation, wipe tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining room and parking lot.

Personal Requirements, Skills, and Abilities
  • Some high school courses preferred.
  • Must be clean, neat, and well-groomed.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills for working with customers and employees.
  • Good hearing to assist customers and fellow employees, including working the drive-thru when necessary.
  • Honesty is essential.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes.
  • Basic knowledge of fast food operations, cash register, and front-line procedures.
  • Attention to detail, ability to cope with pressure, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal disruption.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift.
  • Good manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work during rush periods.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction through quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to count money and give correct change.
General Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with quick, efficient service and quality products.
