Norfolk Hardware & Home Center has been a Boston based business since 1934. We serve our customers and embrace our neighborhood. We're searching for a passionate and empathetic Customer Experience Champion to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, building strong relationships with our valued customers and ensuring they receive exceptional support. Our store is open 6:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday and 10:00am-4:00pm on Sundays.
We are looking for full-time employees who can work these hours. We are conveniently located on MBTA bus routes 21 and 26.
