Qualifications

• At least 1 year of office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls and emails including orders.
• Relay customer concerns to Daiohs teams promptly.
• Generate daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians.
• Reconcile customer funds with deliveries.
• Dispatch Service Technicians for repairs and installations.
• Maintain accounts receivable and reduce past-due balances.
• Apply payments to customer accounts.
• Share sales leads with branch personnel.
• Assist with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes.
• Keep records of customer interactions and documents.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, pricing.
• Solicit sales during promotions.
