You will coordinate with Daiohs teams for service, repairs, and installations while maintaining accurate records and promoting sales during promotions.

The role offers a starting hourly rate of $19.00–$21.00, with benefits including 401(k) matching and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of office experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and emails, including orders by phone, email, and fax.
• Escalate customer concerns to Daiohs team promptly.
• Generate daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians.
• Check in with Route Drivers and reconcile funds received.
• Dispatch Service Technicians for repairs and coordinate installations.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and reduce overdue accounts.
• Process and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Communicate sales leads to branch personnel.
• Assist with daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
• Solicit sales during promotions.
