Responsibilities

• Processes incoming calls and emails, including customer orders.
• Relays customer concerns to relevant Daiohs team members in a timely fashion.
• Generates daily manifests for Route Drivers and Service Technicians using the Company's software.
• Checks in with Route Drivers at end of day and reconciles funds.
• Dispatches Service Technicians for repairs and coordinates installations.
• Makes regular calls to accounts with outstanding balances and maintains AR under 60 days.
• Processes and applies payments to customer accounts.
• Communicates sales leads to branch personnel.
• Provides backup support with daily sales reports and month-end processes.
• Keeps records of customer interactions and documents.
• Develops knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
• Solicits sales during promotions.
