Job summary

KION Group, through KION Business Services Polska, is seeking a Sales Back Office Junior Specialist to manage sales orders, invoicing, contracts, and CRM entries. The role requires accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and strong communication in English, with Spanish as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Finance and CRM preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales orders in SAP within target and track in CRM.
• Issue invoices reflecting terms and prices from orders/tickets.
• Prepare contracts and create them in CRM systems.
• Support contract renewals creation.
• Create Purchase Requisitions.
• Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct channels.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and local customer service team.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems
• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested
• Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems
• Supporting of contract renewals creation
• Purchase Requisition creationTimely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel
• Close cooperation with Account Managers, local customer service team

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to handle priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Finance would be an asset
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; Spanish would be an asset.
