  • Order & Shipment Tracking:Ensuretimelyandaccuratetracking of shipments, collaborating with internal teams to resolvelogisticschallenges.
  • Process Documentation:Create andmaintainplaybooks, workflows, and best practicestooptimizelogisticsoperations.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:Quicklyidentifyand resolve service and supply chain issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Team environment but works independently.
  • We have goodsynergy,but theapplicantsexperienceincompleting tasks as a group vs individual should be balanced. Knowing how to focus and prioritize tasks with potential distractions.
