Job summary

PGW Auto Glass, LLC. in Yankton, SD is seeking a customer service-oriented associate to assist with orders, schedule repair or replacement of auto glass, and respond to price quotes by phone, email, or walk-in.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work with others under frequent interruptions, and basic knowledge of automotive products. Benefits include health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish (preferred).
• Automotive knowledge helpful.

• Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
• Work with customers to schedule repair or replacement of automobile glass via phone, email and walk in.
• Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
• Call center functions to provide quality customer service
• Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
• Generate sales/buys from online leads
• May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
• Assume other duties as assigned.
