- A ssist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
- Work with customers to schedule repair or replacement of automobile glass via phone, email and walk in.
- Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes
- Call center functions to provide quality customer service
- Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
- Knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, which may include, data entry,
cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries. - Generate sales/buys from online leads
- May require an understanding of eBay and eCommerce sites
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school degree or equivalent.
