We are seeking a friendly, dedicated Customer Service Audiologist responsible for handling calls from accounts and consumers regarding hearing instruments and related products & services. This position supports computer software, hardware, and training to maximize available tools. The role involves serving customers through various platforms, upholding departmental values through positivity and teamwork, and serving with passion, purpose, and excellence. The work schedule includes four rotating weekdays (subject to change weekly) and Saturdays.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Audiologist handles challenging calls related to hearing instruments and products, supporting software, hardware, and training. They serve customers via various platforms, uphold company values, and act as a support system for internal and external clients, always aiming to serve with passion, purpose, and excellence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet performance and scorecard goals, proactively contact customers, and complete assessments.
  • Support manufacturing by resolving issues raised by internal departments via calls, email, or messaging.
  • Document all call activities accurately using corporate systems.
  • Assist with computer, software, and hardware needs, utilizing online resources for troubleshooting.
  • Handle overflow customer service/technical support calls professionally.
  • Test and evaluate new software and products before release.
  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and maintain licenses.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, support team members, and embody the Customer Service Golden Rule.
  • Develop customer relationships, support team initiatives, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Adhere to policies, work schedules, and professional development requirements.
  • Engage in professional growth activities and develop mastery in key competencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree or AuD in Audiology, with required licensing and permits.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a dispensing environment and clinical audiology.
  • Preferred: 1-year customer service experience and hearing aid dispensing background.

Knowledge/Technical Skills:

  • High computer literacy; familiar with Windows XP, MS Office, and basic audiometric equipment.
Salary and Benefits

The target salary range is $72,500 - $80,000 annually, influenced by skills, experience, and location. Bonus potential exists but is not guaranteed.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), life and disability insurance, PTO, holidays, volunteer days, paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, and hearing aid benefits.
