An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Audiology and Technical Services professional to provide exceptional support to Hearing Healthcare Professionals. This role involves managing incoming calls, conducting training, and collaborating with various departments to enhance product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Perform all functions of Audiology and Technical Services, including but not limited to: providing Audiological and technical support via telephone to Hearing Healthcare Professionals regarding software, hardware, product, and fit-related issues; conducting regional, in-office, and online customer training activities; interfacing with various inter-company departments to provide training and support for product lines.
Responsibilities:
Requirements include effective verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team and customer orientation, and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Candidates must demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette, a mature, professional demeanor, and the ability to establish close and cooperative working relationships both inside and outside the organization, including with customers and coworkers. Attention to detail, commitment to follow-up, strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills are also required.
