AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader for the role of Customer Service Attendant Supervisor. You will oversee customer service teams across multiple accounts, drive service excellence, and uphold AVI's standards of quality and safety.

This role involves training and development, staffing, inventory oversight, reporting profitability, and coordinating with management to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in training and development of team members.
• Interviews applicants for Customer Service Attendant positions to maintain staffing levels.
• Reviews inventory and waste levels of accounts and makes recommendations.
• Prepares Inventory Report Card evaluations and discusses them with the team.
• Generates reports for management to ensure profitability at accounts.
• Verifies and signs off on timecards.
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by Management.
• Travels to accounts using company vehicle.
