Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Attendant in Fargo, ND to help maintain a safe environment for clients. The role includes monitoring premises, enforcing site regulations, and assisting employees and guests with information and directions.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, strong tech skills, and prior customer-facing experience. Training is provided, and uniforms are supplied.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen and background).
• Prior customer facing experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Attendant - Part Time

Primary Location: Fargo, ND

Wage: $20.75/HR

The Customer Service Attendant helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:
