Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Part Time Security professional in Grand Island, NE. Wage is $19.30 per hour. You will monitor premises, perform access control, and patrol sites to ensure safety and compliance with client directives.

Responsibilities include handling incidents, de-escalation, reporting hazards, and providing excellent service to employees and guests while using security technology. Training and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety issues and suspicious activity.
• Maintain post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Operate security technology and CCTV systems during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature as required for the site.

Wage: $19.30/HR

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
