Customer Service Associate

Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits, to enhance customer interactions.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Recommends products and upsells where appropriate.
• Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, manages inventory, and ensures proper product placement.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize loss.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional and seasonal setups.
• Assists with food product placement and stock rotation.
• Operates store systems and equipment effectively.
• Provides photo services and manages web pick-up orders.
• Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.
• Completes assigned tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Basic: Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Preferred: Six months retail experience; prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $15 - $17.50 per hour
