1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales on assigned cash registers, providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members to maintain high service standards, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items, process transactions, handle returns, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
• Construct and maintain displays, assist with stock rotation, and operate store systems and equipment.
• Provide photo area services and web order fulfillment.
• Assist with store maintenance and complete assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
