Key Responsibilities:
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provides fast, friendly, and efficient service, recommends items, processes transactions, maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with laws.
- Assists with store displays, food item separation, stock rotation, and store maintenance.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assumes web pick-up responsibilities.
- Completes training, maintains respectful relationships, and performs other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six months of retail experience preferred.
- Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
