Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
2. Register sales accurately, provide courteous checkout service, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
3. Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters and shelves, assist with inventory, and implement asset protection procedures.
5. Assist with food safety, product placement, and store maintenance.
6. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up responsibilities.
7. Complete special assignments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Training & Personal Development

• Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Salary range: $16.66 - $18/hour.
