Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service; recommend items and upsell.
- Handle transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and take inventory.
- Implement asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Construct and maintain displays, assist with food product placement, and restock items using FIFO method.
- Operate store systems and equipment, provide photo services, and assist with web order pickups.
- Assist with store maintenance and uphold company policies.
- Complete training and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
Additional Information
- Salary: $15 - $17.50 per hour.
