Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
4. Recommends items for sale, processes transactions, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
5. Assists with inventory, displays, and store maintenance.
6. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
7. Ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Completes training and adapts to flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

Additional Information

• Salary range: $17.28 - $19/hourly.
